The Transmission Verification Report is a useful tool that provides proof of fax transmission. This report includes important details such as the receiving party's name or fax number, the date and time of transmission, the duration of transmission, the number of pages sent, and whether the transmission was successful.

Settings for the Transmission Verification Report:

-     On: This setting prints a report after every fax you send.

-     On+Image: Similar to the "On" setting but also includes a portion of the fax's first page on the                 report.

-     Off: Prints a report only if your fax is unsuccessful due to a transmission error. This is the factory             setting.

-     Off+Image: Prints a report if your fax is unsuccessful, with a portion of the fax's first page                         included.

-     No Report: Your Brother machine will not print any reports after sending faxes.

To adjust the settings for the Transmission Verification Report, follow these steps:

1. Press [Settings] > [All Settings] > [Fax] > [Report Setting] > [Transmission].

2. Select the desired option by swiping up or down, or pressing the corresponding button.

3. Press [OK] to confirm your selection.

Remember, if Real Time Transmission is set to [On], the image will not appear on the report for On+Image or Off+Image settings. The report will indicate whether the transmission was successful (OK) or unsuccessful (NG).
