If you need to set up user codes on your IM+ machine models, follow these steps:
From Driver Interface
1. Click on Settings, which may be located on the second page of the interface.
2. Then, click on System Settings.
3. After that, click on Settings for Administrator.
4. Scroll down and click on Authentication/Charge.
5. Next, click on Administrator Authentication/User Authentication/App Auth.
6. Click on User Authentication Management.
7. Drop down User Authentication Management to User Code Authentication and make selections of the items you wish to restrict, then press OK.
8. Now, user codes are enabled.
From Machine
To assign user codes to users at the machine, follow these steps:
1. Press Address Book, which may be on the second screen of the interface.
2. Click Register.
3. Enter the user’s name and make sure the Display Name has auto-populated the name (this is their button icon name).
4. Click on User Management/Other tab and User Management.
5. Enter the user code and click Available Functions/Applications.
6. Go through each function and designate if that user is allowed to use that function and to what capacity.

Deleting a User Code
To delete a user code on a Ricoh machine, follow these steps:
1. Follow the above steps 1 – 4 to access Address Book Management.
2. Once inside Address Book Management, select Delete.
3. Select the name of the person you would like to remove.
4. Confirm by selecting Yes to the “Are you sure” message.
5. Select another name to remove or exit out.
