Replacing / Adding Staples to Machine

1. Open the Rear Cover of the Finisher: Locate the rear cover of the finisher and open it to access the staple cartridge.

2. Remove the Empty Cartridge: Pull out the empty staple cartridge from the finisher.

3. Remove the Empty Refill Case: Take out the empty refill case from the finisher as shown in the illustration.

4. Align the Arrows: Align the arrows on the new refill case and the cartridge, then push the new refill case in until it clicks into place.

5. Pull Out the Ribbon: Remove the ribbon securing the staples in the cartridge.

6. Reinstall the Cartridge: Insert the cartridge back into the finisher until it clicks into place securely.

7. Close the Front Cover of the Finisher: Once the cartridge is securely in place, close the front cover of the finisher.
