If you want to receive notifications when your fax job is complete, follow these simple steps on your machine or through the web interface:
From Machine:
1. Click on the Fax option.
2. Click on Options.
3. Scroll down to Notify.
4. Select Notify when Job Complete.
5. Choose the method of notification (print).
6. Return to the main screen.
7. Click Save.
8. Click Save as Defaults.
From Web interface:
1. Type in the IP address in the address bar of your preferred browser.
2. Click on the Fax tab.
3. Under Fax Send Setup, choose Default Job Options.
4. Go to the Common Job Settings tab.
5. Select Notify when job completes under Condition on Which to Notify.
6. Choose the method of notification (print).
7. Check the box if you wish to see the first scanned page on the confirmation.
8. Click Apply at the bottom right of the screen.
