Creating E-Mail Shortcuts

Modified on Tue, 18 Feb at 10:04 AM

Creating an e-mail shortcut is a convenient way to quickly access and send emails from your printer. Whether you prefer to set it up through the printer's settings, the Embedded Web Server, or the control panel, we've got you covered with step-by-step instructions.

To begin, ensure that E-mail Shortcuts is set to Display by navigating to:

Settings > General Settings > Home screen customization > E-mail Shortcuts > Display > Submit.

To delete a shortcut, simply go to:

Manage Shortcuts > E-mail Shortcuts > select the shortcut to delete > Delete Entry > Delete now.

If you prefer to create an e-mail shortcut using the Embedded Web Server, start by opening a web browser and entering the printer's IP address. Then, click on:

Settings > Manage Shortcuts > E-mail Shortcut Setup

Follow the prompts to add a unique name and e-mail address for the recipient.

Alternatively, you can create an e-mail shortcut using the control panel by navigating to:

MyShortcut > Create > E-mail

Enter a unique shortcut name, configure the e-mail settings, and verify the shortcut on the home screen by selecting E-mail Shortcuts.
