How to Request Service for Your Machine

At RJ Young, we take pride in offering excellent service. If your machine is experiencing issues, rest assured that we are here to promptly and effectively resolve the problem, recognizing the value of your time.


Here are a few ways you can request service:


  • Use our ePass Customer Portal to submit your request. Click HERE to register or sign into your ePass account. Click HERE for instructions on placing a service call request in ePass. 
  • Call us! Simply call us at 800-347-1955 and one of our Customer Care agents will place the request for you. We are open Monday-Friday from 7am-5pm Central Time. 
  • Send us an email. Email CustomerCare@RJYoung.com with your request. Please provide your equipment ID, the address, the best phone number for our technicians to reach out, and the issue the machine is having.
  • Use our Live Chat option on our website or click HERE to start a chat with us. Live Customer Care agents are available through live chat during our business hours. 


When you request service, a technician will call you with an estimated arrival time or updates. If you have any concerns, contact our Customer Care team by phone, email, or live chat and we'll be happy to help.
