How do I order supplies?
At RJ Young, we want to make it as easy as possible for our customers to order supplies for their equipment. Here are a few ways you can place an order:
1. Use our ePass Customer Portal: Our ePass Customer Portal is a convenient way to submit your order. If you don't already have an account, you can click HERE to register or sign in. Once you're logged in, you can follow the instructions provided HERE to order supplies through ePass.
2. Call us: If you prefer to speak with someone directly, you can call our Customer Care team at 800-347-1955. Our agents are available to assist you Monday through Friday from 7am to 5pm Central Time. They will be happy to take your order over the phone.
3. Send us an email: You can also email your order request to CustomerCare@RJYoung.com. Please be sure to include your equipment ID, the delivery address, and the specific supplies you need. One of our team members will process your request and confirm the details with you.
How do I request service if my device is not working correctly?
Here are a few ways you can request service:
1. Use our ePass Customer Portal to submit your request. Click HERE to register or sign into your ePass account. Click HERE for instructions on placing a service call request in ePass.
2. Call us! Simply call us at 800-347-1955 and one of our Customer Care agents will place the request for you. We are open Monday-Friday from 7am-5pm Central Time.
3. Send us an email. Email CustomerCare@RJYoung.com with your request. Please provide your equipment ID, the address, the best phone number for our technicians to reach out, and the issue the machine is having.
How long does it take for a technician to arrive after a service call is requested?
Our average service time is less than 4 hours. Of course, this depends on many things such as the technician's schedule, distance they need to travel, inclement weather, and other factors. We take pride in having one of the lowest wait times for service calls in the industry.
How long does it take to receive my supply order?
We strive to ship orders as soon as they are received. The last FedEx truck does come at 2:30PM Central Time, so orders placed after that time will ship the following day. Depending on location, orders are typically delivered within 2 business days.
