Cleaning the glass on your device can help fix problems you might experience with ink spots, lines, or blurry copies and scans on your documents.
Please check out this video for instructions on how to clean the glass on your machine. While the video features Ricoh devices, the guidelines apply to any Multi-Function Printer or device with flat glass.
- Always use a lint-free or microfiber cloth to clean the glass.
- Dampen the cloth with water, alcohol, or even Windex but never spray anything directly onto the machine/glass. Instead, spray on the cloth and then clean the device.
