Changing Toner Cartridge on Ricoh Machines

1. Prepare the Printer

• Power On: Ensure the printer is powered on.
• Access the Front Cover: Locate and open the front cover to access the toner cartridges.

2. Remove the Used Toner Cartridge

• Identify the Empty Cartridge: Determine which toner cartridge needs replacement.
• Remove the Cartridge: Lift the front side of the toner cartridge and pull it out of the printer carefully

3. Prepare the New Toner Cartridge

• Unpack the Cartridge: Remove the new toner cartridge from its packaging.
• Gently Shake: Hold the cartridge horizontally and gently shake it from side to side to evenly distribute the toner.

4. Install the New Toner Cartridge

• Insert the Cartridge: Align the new toner cartridge with the appropriate slot and slide it into the printer until it clicks into place.

5. Close the Printer

• Secure the Front Cover: Close the front cover securely.
