Replacing Toner in Kyocera Machine

1. Prepare the Printer

• Power Off: Turn off the printer and unplug it to ensure safety.
• Cool Down: Wait a few minutes to allow internal components to cool.

2. Access the Toner Cartridges

• Open Front Cover: Locate and open the front cover to access the toner cartridges.

3. Remove the Old Toner Cartridge

• Identify Empty Cartridge: Determine which toner needs replacement.
• Remove Cartridge: Gently pull the cartridge out by its handle.

4. Prepare the New Toner Cartridge

• Unpack: Remove the new toner from its packaging.
• Shake: Gently shake the cartridge side to side to distribute the toner evenly.

5. Install the New Toner Cartridge

• Align and Insert: Slide the new cartridge into the corresponding slot until it clicks into place.

6. Close the Printer

• Secure Cover: Close the front cover securely.
• Power On: Plug in and turn on the printer.
