Printing Envelopes

1. Make sure the document size in your program/software matches the size of your envelope to avoid any printing issues such as off-center prints.

2. Click on File and then Print to begin the printing process.

3. Select your HP printer from the list of available printers.

4. Click on Printer Properties or Printing Preferences to access the settings for your printer.

5. Navigate to the Document tab and adjust the preferences to match the size and type of envelope you are using.

6. Click OK to save your settings and then click Print to start printing.

7. Load the envelopes into the Manual Feed tray following the instructions on the tray, which will most likely require you to place the envelope face down with the flap closest to you.

8. If your machine shows an error message asking if you have loaded a Com 10 envelope in the manual feed tray, simply click OK to proceed with the printing.
