How to Replace Staple Cartridge in Ricoh Finisher

If you need to replace the staple cartridge in your Ricoh finisher, follow these simple steps:

• For Finisher Model SR4120/SR4130
• For Booklet Finisher Model SR 4130:
• For Finisher Model SR5070/SR5080:
•  For Booklet Finisher Model SR5080:

For Finisher Model SR4120/SR4130

1. Open the front cover.

   

2. Hold the green lever, and then gently pull out the cartridge.

   

   

3. Holding both sides of the cartridge, and then remove the empty refill in the direction of the arrow.

   

4. Push the new staple case in until it clicks.

   

   

5. Holding the green lever on the cartridge, and then push the cartridge up gently into the staple unit until it clicks.

   

   

6. Close the front cover.

   

For Booklet Finisher Model SR 4130:

1. Open the front cover.

   

2. Holding the handle R7, and then pull out the staple unit.

   

3. Hold and lift the green lever at the lower left of the unit, and then pull the cartridge gently out of the staple unit.

   

   

4. Remove the empty refill in the direction of the arrow.

   

5. Push the new refill into the cartridge until it clicks.

   

   

6. Holding the green lever on the cartridge, and then push the cartridge gently into the staple unit until it clicks.

   

   

7. Push back the staple unit.

   

8. Close the front cover.

   

For Finisher Model SR5070/SR5080:

1. Open the front cover.

   

2. Pull out the cartridge.

   

   

3. Remove the empty refill in the direction of the arrow.

   

4. Push the new refill into the cartridge until it clicks.

   

5. Holding the green lever on the cartridge, push the cartridge up gently into the staple unit until it clicks.

   

   

6. Close the front cover.

   

 For Booklet Finisher Model SR5080:

1. Open the front cover.

   

2. Pull out the staple unit.

   

3. Hold and lift the green lever at the lower left of the unit, and then pull the cartridge gently out of the staple unit.

   

   

4. Holding both sides of the cartridge, pull up the upper unit.

   

   

5. Remove the empty refill in the direction of the arrow.

   

6. Push the new refill into the cartridge.

   

7. Push the upper unit gently until it clicks.

   

   

8. Holding the green levers on the cartridge, and then push the cartridge gently into the staple unit until it clicks.

   

   

9. Return the staple unit to its original position, and then close the finisher front cover.
