Using Storage Space

Using Mail Box:

- Store Data: Easily save scanned data as a file in the Mail Box for quick access.

- Send/Save Files: Utilize the printer driver to send or save files from your computer directly to the Mail Box.

- Edit Files: Edit and print saved files conveniently using the control panel or Remote UI.

- Convert & Send: Convert data to a computer-compatible format and send it via email for easy sharing.

- Configure Settings: Customize your Mail Box settings by setting a PIN, changing the storage period, and personalizing the box name to suit your needs.

Using Advanced Box:

- Shared & Personal Space: Save files to Shared Space for collaborative work or Personal Space for individual use.

- Access from Network: Easily operate files from a computer (Windows) or other machines on the network.

- Prepare for Use: Follow the setup instructions to start using the Advanced Box feature.

- Direct Access: Access and use Advanced Box on another machine or file server on the network for seamless file management.

Using Another Machine or Server on the Network:

- Direct Access: Access and use Advanced Box on another machine or a Windows server for enhanced flexibility.

- Save & Operate Files: Save scanned data to another machine or server and easily operate or print files.

- Personal Folder: Access and use a dedicated Personal Folder if configured for personalized file management.

Using a USB Memory Device:

- Save Data: Save scanned data directly to a connected USB memory device for convenient storage.

- Print Files: Print files stored on the USB memory device with ease.

- Organize Files: Rename and delete files using the control panel without the need for a computer, making file management hassle-free.
