How can I get a copy of my contract?
Simply reach out to your account representative or our Contract Management team and we can provide you a copy of your contract.
What is included in my contract agreement with RJ Young?
We have several different types of contract options available and set your business up for success by offering you what you specifically need. Our Contract Management Team can answer all of your questions regarding what your contract covers.
How do I enter meter readings?
We offer several options to obtain meter readings.
1) We will send an email each month to the meter contact on the account with a link to manually enter the readings.
2) You can also enter the readings through our ePass Customer Portal (click HERE for those instructions).
3) You can email or call us with the readings and our Customer Care team will enter them for you.
4) We recommend enrolling in our automated meter reading software, which removes the hassle of having to enter your meter readings. To automate your meter submission process, please visit www.rjyoung.com/automated-resource-guide/
How do I update my address?
To update your address, please contact our Contract Management Team. We will need the following information:
1) Equipment ID or Serial Number of the machine(s) that is moving to the new address
2) The new address
3) Confirmation of the billing address
